There is a bug in Game 78060: 3-Season 12 Div 09 #09. The red player has played the power card "Province Bonus: Bank of the Nile", but his provinces are Damanhur, Baharya and Dakhla.  |

If a player's 3 Provinces all lie on the banks of the Nile, or if none of them lie on the banks of the Nile, he gets 3 Points.
