This has now happened twice, even though it's worked fine at other times. I'm in a game where I've chosen the Supply 1 and/or Move action. The input screen lets me add one army easily enough, and it shows dropdown lists for choosing the move option, but those lists are compeletely blank. So I can't choose a Move option.
Tomorrow I'll try connecting from my other computer and see if I get the same error. Both computers are running Windows XP and Internet Explorer, but there are some differences.

The Supply 1 / Move action can only be used to move into another province that you already occupy, not for a combat move (to move into an unoccupied province, or into another player's province). In this case, your province Passau isn't adjacent to any other provinces of yours, and therefore there's no valid move choice.
Yes, my interface should state something to that effect, rather than just giving you a blank popup -- I'll correct this. |

I'd missed the part about it not being a combat move. My mistake. I see your interface improvement already--it's a good one. |
