It would be nice to have the option to back up only one step instead of all the way to the start of the turn (or to the last teasure dig).

Maybe after clicking the undo, it would give option of last action, beginning of turn or no instead of yes/no.

The situations were this would be really handy would be when you are using your last AP and click the wrong space or person.

Along these lines, would it also be good to move the wroker/leader immediately when there's only one option? For example, before a player has built a camp, clicking the reserve would pop the marker to the base camp. This could be extended to tiles with only one exit or only one "affordable" (based on remaining AP's) exit.
