In the original province allocation, shouldn't there be two exposed provinces and one face down on the deck, to choose from? This game has only one exposed province and one face down to choose from.

Looks to me like right now you can choose from Tirol, Oberosterrich, or a face down province. Are you seeing something differently?

Yeah, it's ok now...but when the game started, there were only two choices. (one up and one down).
