Is it possible to be immune to nootropic-type supplements? I've tried Brain Octane, CILTEP, Alpha Brain and now GABAwave with zero results. Well, CILTEP worked the first time I used it. Nothing after that. I didn't notice any positive or negative impact from using any of the others.
Am I the only person who doesn't respond to these supplements? |

That is weird but I actually tried a lot of different supplements until I found something that worked for me: https://liftmode.com/blog/rhodiola-rosea-benefits/. Maybe you have to try different supplements just like me. Everybody has a different brain and a different metabolism. I hope you find something that works for you, too. |

Modafinil ( https://nootropicboost.com ) - You will really feel this one. Start by taking a small quantity eg 25mg or 50mg and beware of any side effects, especially skin rash or problem. A “normal” dose is 100mg.
In some ways Modafinil is really king of the nootropics right now. Not spectacular, but after a while you tend to notice that on days you take it everything seems to go extra well. |
