There is a bug in that party. It is Lepatoune's turn but there is no tile coming to place...Sorry for my english.

According to the game log lepatoune just placed a 4-treasure tile at position 6-4. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong other than a perhaps lapatoune taking more time than is usual between tile placement and using action points.
