Hi, In the game Welcome ALL, I can not move into Burgund or Konstanz. How come ?

Yours is a 3-player game, meaning that eight provinces (Holstein, Bremen, Burgund Bm.Luttich, Steirmark, Tirol, Fm.Bayern, and Bm.Konstanz) are not in play. These unplayable provinces are indicated by the their faint white borders.
