Hi,

I think there is a problem on this game, because I'm the green player and I'd like to put my grey tile on the E1 on the first board and it seems impossible. Why ?

In order to attack a polyp tile, the attacking coral must be at least two tiles big. Your coral at D1 is only a single tile and therefore cannot attack E1.
