Here are the step to recover your email –
1. You need to go to AT & T’s official website and go directly to the password recovery page.
2. Then you need to search for a checkbox named “Password”. …
3. In the restore section, you need to choose the “I’ll answer my security question” option.

| Thank you for the helpful information. I'm sure I can take advantage of it because I needed some advice like this to help me find access to my old account. I have tried various methods in the past and found only one that was very effective for me to have success in this situation. If you're interested you can find it on the jshop forum. This is the resource that has shown me great results. |
