At the end game it said I scored 11 points for left over pesos, however I have 135 which means I should have scored 13. The score card and rules state you get 1 point per 10 pesos.

Yes you're right. I changed this just a couple of days ago from the correct amount, 10, to 12, thinking that it mirrored the water and hacienda costs.

I've set it back to 12.

Sorry about that. I've fixed that game and since the extra two points would make you the winner I've adjusted that as well.
