To fix My HP Officejet pro 9015 Goes Offline, download and then install the HP Print and Scan Doctor app on your device. Next, click to open the application and select your printer. If your printer is not on the list, tap Retry. Choose Yes on the screen prompting to turn on the printer updates. Mark your HP Officejet pro 9015 printers as the default printer in the application. Check if the installed driver matches the printer model you are using. Restart the printer if you find the wireless connection weak. Connect your HP OJ 9015 printer to the network from the wireless setup dialog boss. In case you face any issues during the troubleshooting process, refer to the printer manual as it contains all the information about the printer, such as HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 ink cartridges, HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 printhead, etc.
