Does it make sense to open a network of new offices during a pandemic, or is it a pointless investment?

This is a very good question and it is worth considering all the risks. The answer largely depends on the size of your company. If you have a small number of staff, then you should buy an office of medium-small size, so that all hygiene measures for coronovirus can be observed in the office with a minimized number of employee interactions. A good option is to focus on transferring all the documentation to the computer. For a large number of employees, you will need to buy several such offices in order to minimize infections.

You are absolutely right and I hope I will find great examples where you advised.

In my opinion, onlie work is an excellent solution to the problem created by the pandemic. If people work with social media, why can't they work from home? Such modifications can reduce the risk of workers becoming infected. Some people who work remotely are much more productive and resourceful than those in the workplace. If there is a problem of interconnectivity between employees, then various assistance can be used to work together and share opinions and ideas. An all-remote or hybrid work environment can cause teams to feel disjointed - affecting company-wide culture, communications, and efficiency. Foster friendships and instill trust between teams by encouraging colleagues to build informal internal networks via virtual coffee or group launches.
