a humble request:
it would be extremely helpful to be able to click to see a snapshot of how the board looked last turn. While the game log helps greatly in figuring out what happened since my last turn, it's still rather difficult to visualize everything that happened if a lot happened since the last turn.
Most helpful would be the ability to see the board how it looked at the beginning of each player's turn. It would still be very helpful if I could see it as it looked at the beginning of my last turn (to compare to its current state).
I suspect this would be a bunch of extra work, so thanks for even considering it. In the meantime I think I'll try taking and keeping screenshots.

That's not a bad idea. Another option would be to provide you with a way to easily show the state of the boards going back N number of turns... where N would be constrained by how many versions of the game state we kept handy.
I'm thinking of a couple nav buttons (back/forward) that would dynamically overlay the board with the previous/next game state. |

And if you got really ambitious, you could come up with a way to animate the game-state progression.

sounds like exactly the sort of thing I'm thinking of, HappyProle.
Thanks for at least thinking about it!
I know I've seen a computer board game sim that provided something like this, but for the life of me I can't remember which one it was. |
