I have decided to go on a diet, so I ask you to suggest a simple but effective diet. There are a lot of different diets on the Internet, but I don't really trust them. I'll be glad of any advice |

If you're looking to shed a few pounds fast, do a higher-level intensity workout. My friend advised me to start a weight loss program with food and trainings, it helps with all bits and pieces. But do not forget about 80% - which are all about the food you eat. Each one of your meals should include a protein source, fat source, and low carb vegetables. Research suggests that a low carb diet can reduce appetite, which may lead you to eat fewer calories without thinking about it or feeling hungry. |

Instead of dieting, try to eat healthy food. With dieting your extra weight will return as soon as you will stop |

Agree, a diet helps only for a period of time, then you will have to take it from the start.. Better do sport and eat healthier |

A simple and effective diet is not to sit on any diet. I tried to go on a diet in 2016, and in the end I got 4 years of eating problems and an eating disorder diagnosis. If you want to "lose a few extra pounds," then it should be done not by dieting but by a diet that suits you, increasing physical activity, and establishing a sleep schedule. I would also advise you to consult a doctor, maybe take some tests to ensure that your body is all right and that losing weight will be beneficial. I'm actively watching https://jordibhealthandfitness.com/ now. They also talk about healthy eating and building a good relationship with your body. As someone who has been through 4 years of recovery, I can confidently say that you will not go far without respect for yourself and your body. |
